  • The buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the specific nature of cosmetic products and hygiene regulations, refunds are generally not possible once the products have been shipped.
  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective goods reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion after verification of the issue.

  • All products comply with EU Cosmetic Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009.
  • Distributors are responsible for ensuring local compliance, including correct labeling and registration in their markets.
  • RIVOLAB GmbH is not liable for misuse, improper storage, or application of the products after delivery.

  • All trademarks, logos, product formulations, and website content remain the exclusive property of RIVOLAB GmbH.
